In October 2024 I purchased an entire suite of LG kitchen appliances including a double oven/stove top model #LDEL7324SE. On August 19th, the unit shut down without warning and working with LG since then has been nothing short of a nightmare. We are on day 16 without a cooking source in our home with no progress on getting repair or replacement. We have had 4 different ticket numbers and although there have been dozens of communications by chat, email and phone (all initiated by me), LG is offering no solutions and the time frame for possible answers keeps changing and extending. I personally reached out to the authorized servicer for LG appliances in our area and they informed me via email that they had rejected and would not accept the order. When I provided this evidence to LG they escalated it to another group (and new ticket) but I am now on day 6 of no call from them. I do not live in a rural area and there are 3 big box stores that sell LG appliances within 2 miles of my house, yet LG cannot service a new appliance, in which case they should surely replace it expeditiously. Home Depot has been gracious in contacting LG on my behalf but LG is giving them the run around as well. I am so disturbed at the lack of integrity shown by LG despite their warranties and am very concerned about the quality of my other significant purchases. I am at a loss of how to proceed.

To my untrained eye, this says the motor is covered for 10 years. I bought this hunk o junk 4 years ago, so it should be covered. Alas the motor failed this week (diagnosed by a professional technician) and LG’s support insists that the warranty is 1 single year, and they no longer honor old warranty terms.
A worthless warranty, and a very serious warning to those who may be considering an LG appliance, they know they suck and had to restrict the warranty to 1 year to avoid paying out when they inevitably take a crap after a year or 2.

Got this green line today when I turned on my C3. LG is going to be sending out a repair technician. Anyone have any experience with something similar?

Bought a 32GS95UE-B.AUS in May of last year. First day it was on the market! I love my LGB2 and the 27" OLED I have been rocking before this. It was an utterly gorgeous picture and worked flawlessly... until January.
In January it started flickering. Intermittently at first. Then more frequently. When I turned it on, when I was playing for a bit. Randomly. Started to happen more and more, so I sent it for repairs.
I got it back 5 weeks later. It was okay for a few weeks. Then it started again. Same pattern. I sent it away for repairs early May of this year.
I got it back today and sure enough, not 10 minutes into my play session, it started flighting like crazy again. Now, it's actually worse than ever.
This is extremely disappointing as they want me to send it back for a third time. I'm someone who has given LG close to $10,000 in my lifetime, and they are refusing to budge on sending back a monitor to the same repair contractor *for a third time* who just shipped this back to me and said it was okay *last week*.
Quite frankly, I'm struck at how poor this process is and equally disappointed in how I'm losing faith in a company I thought made great displays.
Is this normal for them?
