Your protection term is shown in your Confirmation Email. Breakdown protection begins once the shortest applicable manufacturer warranty period has ended.

Is there a deductible?

Your Confirmation Email will show whether your plan includes a deductible, so you know what to expect if you need service.

When should I report a problem?

If something goes wrong, just let us know within 30 days of the original failure. Repairs should also be authorized before any work begins.

What do I need when requesting service?

Just keep your agreement, sales invoice, and receipt handy. These documents help us verify your purchase and get things moving.

Can I use this warranty for the workwear of my employees?

The plan is designed for personal-use apparel. If your protective or workwear apparel is being used commercially, a Commercial Plan is available for that use.

What happens if my garment is replaced? Do I lose my coverage?

If your garment is replaced or you receive a cash or store-credit payout, the original agreement comes to an end. A replacement garment can have its own new protection plan.
