One earbud died and the other's fine. Is that covered?
It can be. If an internal speaker driver or electrical component has failed, the repair is covered. If the cause is battery degradation, it isn't covered under the plan.
Does the warranty cover the charging case, not just the earbuds?

My headphones stopped pairing with my phone, is that included?
Not usually. Software, firmware, signal, and compatibility issues aren't covered. If the problem is traced to an internal hardware failure, it may qualify for repair.
Does it cover a cracked headband or broken hinge?
No. Structural parts such as headbands, hinges, and other housing components aren't covered under the plan.
What if I lose just one earbud?
That's outside the plan, loss isn't the same as damage. Some manufacturers sell single-earbud replacements directly if that's your situation.
