The damage needs to come from a single, sudden and unexpected accident that affects how the eyewear functions. A drop, impact, or similar mishap can qualify when it leaves the glasses or sunglasses unable to function properly.

Yes. Eligible prescription and non-prescription sunglasses and eyewear can be covered under the plan.

A single accidental spill can qualify when it causes functional damage to the eyewear. General chemical exposure, coating damage, or damage resulting from improper cleaning or care isn't covered.

No. The plan covers accidental damage to the eyewear, not changes to your prescription or routine vision updates.

A frame that cracks, bends, or breaks because of a single accidental incident can be covered under your SureBright Anywhere plan.

The manufacturer's warranty typically covers defects in materials or workmanship for a limited period. SureBright Anywhere adds protection for eligible accidental damage, such as a frame or lens breaking in a covered accident, even when the damage isn't a manufacturing defect.

Our first priority is to repair it. If it can't be repaired, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
