Depending on the product, this includes accidental food and beverage stains, sunscreen and cosmetic stains, cuts, tears, punctures, non-fire burns, and covered damage to the hammock stand or frame. Coverage also includes eligible structural failures as outlined in your protection plan.

Simply submit your claim online within minutes using your Warranty Vault. Share the details about the accidental damage. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll determine the appropriate resolution according to your protection plan.

Yes. Accidental cuts, tears, rips, and punctures caused by a single covered incident are included. At the same time, damage resulting from normal wear, fraying, or gradual deterioration isn't covered.

Yes. Covered accidental damage to the hammock stand or frame - including scratches, chips, cracks, breakage, and eligible structural failures is included.

Yes. The plan covers accidental stains caused by food, beverages, sunscreen, suntan oil, cosmetics, ballpoint ink, marker, bleach, and pool chlorine.

No. With SureBright Anywhere, you can protect eligible hammocks purchased from a wide range of online and in-store retailers. As long as your hammock meets the plan's eligibility requirements, you can add protection without being limited to buying coverage at checkout.

Depending on the nature of the covered damage, your claim may be resolved through repair, replacement or a reimbursement.

Yes. SureBright Anywhere allows you to add accidental protection within 30 days after purchasing your hammock, provided it meets the plan's eligibility requirements.

Yes. Accidental burns and heat marks that aren't caused by a fire are covered.

Yes. You can cancel your protection plan during the applicable cancellation period of 30 days for a full refund. After that, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
