Can I buy a protection plan after purchasing my toaster?
Yes. You have 90 days from purchase or delivery to add a breakdown plan from SureBright Anywhere.
Does it matter where I bought my toaster from?
Not at all. SureBright Anywhere protects toasters and toaster ovens purchased from major retailers, department stores, appliance dealers, online marketplaces, or directly from the manufacturer. As long as your product is eligible, you can enjoy the same protection, no matter where you bought it.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel your SureBright Anywhere protection plan at any time. Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. If you cancel after that, you'll receive a prorated refund.
What happens if my toaster can't be repaired?
If repairing your covered toaster or toaster oven isn't practical or economical, we'll replace, or reimburse it.
My toaster stopped working because it was full of crumbs. Is that covered?
No. Regular cleaning and maintenance are part of normal ownership. Breakdowns caused by excessive crumb buildup, neglected maintenance, or misuse aren't covered.
Is protecting my toaster or toaster oven worth it?
It is. Failures affecting heating, controls, or other key components can happen long after the manufacturer's warranty has expired, and repairs may cost more than expected. If you use your toaster or toaster oven regularly, a protection plan can provide valuable peace of mind.
My toaster oven heats unevenly. What should I do?
Uneven heating can sometimes indicate a failure of a heating or temperature-control component. If that's the cause, your plan may help cover the repair after the manufacturer's warranty ends.
My toaster oven still works, but the timer and controls have become unreliable. Can I still make a claim?
Yes. If the issue is caused by a failure affecting the timer, selector switch, control board, or another eligible component after the manufacturer's warranty ends, your protection plan may cover the repair. The exact cause will be confirmed as part of the claims process.
