What does the Adjustable Bed Warranty cover?

It covers eligible mechanical and electrical failures to your adjustable bed base, including motors, remotes, control boxes, frames, welds, wiring, and adjustable mechanisms caused by normal use.

When does my coverage begin?

Coverage starts after the applicable portion of your manufacturer's warranty expires, giving you continued protection when you need it most.

How long does coverage last?

Your protection plan provides up to five years of coverage from the delivery date, depending on the plan you purchased.

Is there a deductible?

No. Eligible covered repairs are handled with no deductible to pay.

What's not covered?

The plan doesn't cover mattresses, cosmetic damage, routine maintenance, misuse, accidental damage, delivery or installation damage, or failures caused by floods, fire, or other excluded events.

How do I file a claim?

Simply report the failure within 30 days of first noticing it and provide your proof of purchase. We'll guide you through the rest.

Can I transfer my warranty?

No. Your plan stays with the original purchaser, helping ensure fast and secure claims processing.

Does the plan cover split adjustable beds?

Yes. Coverage includes one adjustable base for Twin through Queen sizes, or two Twin/Twin XL bases used together in King or California King configurations.

Is there a limit to how much can be covered?

Yes. The plan covers adjustable bed bases with a retail purchase price of up to $10,000, making it suitable for most premium models.

Can I use this warranty for a rental or commercial property?

This plan is designed for indoor residential use, so your adjustable bed is protected where it's used most at home.
