Yes. Your Agreement, sales invoice, and receipt are used to verify your coverage and help speed up the claims process. You can keep it in your Warranty Vault. Once you've uploaded your receipt to your there, you no longer need to keep the physical copy to file a claim with us.

Some plans may include a deductible. If one applies, the amount will be clearly listed in your Confirmation Email before you ever need to file a claim.

Absolutely. You can cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After the first 30 days, you're still eligible for a pro-rated refund in accordance with your protection plan.
