    Warranty Vault is a digital space where all your warranty-related information is stored in one place. It typically includes your warranty documents, coverage details, claim history, and important updates — so you don't have to dig through emails or paperwork when you need them. In simple terms, it acts like a secure locker for your warranties, making it easy to access your plans, check coverage, and file claims whenever needed.   • I bought the product from another store — can I still buy a warranty from SureBright Anywhere?

    Yes, you can. You could buy your product from an offline store or online, and buy the warranty for it SureBright Anywhere. As long as your product is eligible and within the allowed purchase window (typically 90 days from date of purchase), you can still add protection and get the same coverage benefits.

  • Can I cancel the warranty if I change my mind?

    Yes. Most plans allow for a full refund if canceled within a specific period (e.g., 30 days). After that, refunds are typically provided on a pro-rata basis depending on usage and claims.
