A breakdown plan includes coverage for the core components of your smart doorbell - including the camera lens, motion sensors, microphone, speaker, physical button, and internal chime. It also offers power surge protection, which starts on day one.

Yes. If the physical button or its internal microswitch fails to trigger, your plan covers the repair or replacement.

Yes. If the camera module itself fails to capture video, we cover the internal hardware that keeps your feed active.

If the internal Wi-Fi chip or antenna inside the doorbell fails, yes. However, software or external issues - like your home router, internet service provider, or app connection - are not covered.

Not at all. We protect eligible smart doorbells purchased from major retailers, online marketplaces, or directly from the manufacturer.

Yes. You have 90 days from your doorbell’s purchase or delivery date to add a protection plan.

No. This plan is built specifically for internal mechanical and electrical failures. Accidental drops, physical damage, and environmental wear from weather or moisture are not covered.

If we can't repair your doorbell economically, your plan steps in to cover a comparable replacement or a reimbursement.
