No. A SureBright Anywhere plan follows the eligible purchase rather than the retailer or brand. You can buy from anywhere, provided the device meets the plan's eligibility requirements and is enrolled within the purchase window.

You have up to 90 days from the original purchase date to add a SureBright Anywhere plan to an eligible teeth whitening device.

Yes. If the underlying problem is a covered internal component, such as the cooling fan or temperature sensor, the failure can be covered. Damage caused by improper use or maintenance isn't covered.

Yes. An articulating arm or internal joint mechanism can be covered when it experiences a mechanical breakdown. However, accidental damage, such as a joint breaking after a drop, isn't covered.

Yes. If your device has a motorized component and the motor or internal drive mechanism experiences a mechanical or electrical failure, it's covered after the manufacturer's warranty ends.

Liquid, moisture, corrosion, and similar external damage aren't covered. The plan is designed for mechanical and electrical breakdowns, not accidental or environmental damage.

You can file a claim using your Warranty Vault when your eligible device experiences a breakdown. Claims should be reported within 30 days of the failure.

If a covered failure can't be repaired, the plan provides for a replacement or store credit.

Absolutely. Cancel within 30 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations are eligible for a prorated refund.
