Our first priority is to repair your watch or timepiece. If it can't be repaired, you may be eligible for a replacement or reimbursement.

If the same covered failure requires three repairs within 12 months and needs a fourth repair, the plan's No Lemon Policy may trigger a replacement or store credit.
