If your air purifier won't turn on, loses airflow because of an internal component failure, or stops responding as it should, your plan can help cover the repair.
My air purifier is running, but the airflow feels much weaker than before. Is that covered?
It depends on the cause. If reduced airflow is traced to an internal fan or blower failure, it may be covered. Airflow issues caused by dirty or overdue filters are considered routine maintenance and aren't covered.
The controls on my air purifier stopped responding. Is that something you cover?
Yes. If the buttons, touch controls, display, or other internal hardware components have failed due to a mechanical or electrical breakdown, your plan may help cover the repair.
Does the plan cover a noisy fan motor?
If unusual grinding, rattling, or excessive noise is caused by an internal motor or bearing failure, it may be eligible for repair under your protection plan.
Is damage caused due to a power surge covered under a SureBright Anywhere plan?
Yes. Power surge damage is covered from your plan purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions of your protection plan.
Are HEPA filters and carbon filters included?
No. Filters are consumable parts that require routine replacement and aren't covered under the protection plan.
Does this plan cover smart air purifiers?
Yes. Smart air purifiers can be protected with a SureBright Anywhere plan. However, software, firmware, or app-related issues aren't covered, coverage applies to eligible hardware breakdowns.
