My vacuum has lost suction. Is it covered?
It depends on the cause. If an internal mechanical or electrical failure is responsible, yes. If the problem is a clogged hose, dirty filter, full dust bin, or another maintenance issue, it wouldn't be covered.
Does the warranty cover robot vacuums as well as traditional vacuums?
Yes. SureBright Anywhere protects eligible robot vacuums, upright vacuums, cordless stick vacuums, canister vacuums, handheld vacuums, and many other household vacuum cleaners.
My robot vacuum keeps getting lost. Is that covered?
It depends on the cause of the issue. If the issue is caused by a failed navigation sensor or other covered internal hardware, yes. Software, firmware, mapping, or connectivity issues aren't covered.
What if my vacuum won't charge?
Charging issues can have several causes. An internal charging circuit failure may be eligible, but batteries, charging docks, charging cables, and other excluded components generally aren't.
Does it cover Dyson, Shark, Roomba, Roborock, and other major brands?
Absolutely. Eligible products from Dyson, Shark, iRobot, Roborock, Samsung, LG, BISSELL, Hoover, Miele, Tineco, ECOVACS, and many other brands can be protected with a SureBright Anywhere plan.
Are brushes, belts, and filters covered?
No. Items such as brushes, belts, bristles, and filters are considered consumable parts that require periodic replacement as part of normal maintenance.
Can I buy coverage after purchasing my vacuum?
Yes. You have up to 90 days from the original purchase date to add breakdown protection.
