SureBright Anywhere helps protect eligible rugs from covered accidental damage during normal residential use. Coverage includes eligible food and beverage stains, human or pet bodily fluid stains, and eligible border tears, according to the terms of your protection plan.

Are food and beverage spills covered?

Yes. Eligible accidental stains caused by food and beverages, including common spills like coffee, tea, wine, juice, and sauces, may qualify for coverage under your protection plan.

Are pet accidents covered?

Yes. A single accidental pet stain, including urine or vomit, may qualify for coverage. Damage caused by repeated pet accidents or ongoing exposure isn't covered.

Does the plan cover pet scratching or chewing?

No. Damage caused by animal claws, teeth, or chewing isn't covered under the protection plan.

What if the edge of my rug tears?

Eligible accidental border tears up to six inches in length may qualify for coverage according to the terms of your protection plan.

Can my rug be professionally cleaned under the plan?

The protection plan doesn't cover routine or preventive cleaning. However, covered claims are serviced according to the terms of your protection plan, which may include cleaning or other remedies when appropriate for an eligible claim.

What happens if my rug can't be repaired?

If an eligible rug can't be repaired through the initial service process, it may be replaced, or reimbursed.

Can I protect a rug purchased from any retailer?

Yes. SureBright Anywhere protection plans are available for eligible rugs purchased from participating retailers, whether you shop online or in-store.

What types of rugs are eligible for coverage?

Coverage is available for a wide variety of indoor rugs made from wool, cotton, silk, nylon, olefin, and polyester.

Can I cancel my protection plan?

Yes. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you'll be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, pro-rated refunds available.
