Generally no. Head straps, battery straps, face cushions, and lens protectors are non-operating/accessory parts, which the plan doesn't cover, even when they ship with the headset. Coverage focuses on the headset's operational hardware (displays, sensors, internal electronics) and bundled controllers.

Yes. Coverage is available for headsets purchased in the U.S. from major retailers - Best Buy, Amazon, Target, Apple Store, Meta Store - and brand-direct.

Yes, within the post-purchase enrollment window. You have 30 days to add an accidental plan and up to 90 days to add our breakdown coverage.

If it can't be repaired, or the repair would cost more than the original purchase price, it's replaced with a product of like kind or similar features up to the purchase price, or a payment/store credit up to that amount.
