SureBright Anywhere covers eligible mechanical and electrical breakdowns after the manufacturer's warranty ends. Depending on the vehicle, that can include a wide range of things such as the drive motor, gearbox, switches, control board, internal wiring, axles, steering mechanisms, and wheel bearings.

If the failure is caused by an eligible component such as the drive motor, gearbox, switch, controller, or internal wiring, it can be covered with your SureBright Anywhere breakdown plan.

Yes. A mechanical or electrical failure of an eligible drive motor can be covered after the manufacturer's warranty ends, provided the failure isn't caused by misuse, overloading, water, corrosion, or accidental damage.

A gearbox or drive-gear failure can be covered when it results from a mechanical breakdown.

Wheel bearings and hub assemblies can be covered when they fail mechanically. The wheels and tires themselves are treated as wear/consumable parts, so worn, cracked, or damaged tires aren't covered.

You have up to 90 days from the original purchase date to add a SureBright Anywhere plan to an eligible ride-on toy or electric vehicle.

You can file a claim using your Warranty Vault if your kids' ride-on or electrical vehicle experiences a breakdown. The failure should be reported within 30 days.

If the same covered failure requires three repairs within 12 months and needs a fourth repair, the No Lemon Policy can trigger a replacement or store credit.

Absolutely not. You can buy from anywhere, provided the product meets the plan's eligibility requirements and you add the protection within the applicable enrollment window.

Absolutely. Cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations are eligible for a prorated refund.
