After three repairs for the same covered fault within twelve months, a required fourth triggers a replacement or store credit.

File online through your Warranty Vault, and report the failure within 30 days of it happening.

Yes, at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days and haven't made a claim, you'll get a full refund. After 30 days, you'll receive a prorated refund.
