SureBright Anywhere helps protect your hot tub against mechanical and electrical breakdowns that occur after the manufacturer's warranty expires. It also includes power surge protection from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of your plan.
When does my coverage begin?
Coverage for mechanical and electrical breakdowns begins after your manufacturer's warranty ends. Power surge protection begins from the date you purchase your SureBright Anywhere plan.
How is this different from my manufacturer's warranty?
Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship for a limited time. SureBright Anywhere extends your protection by covering eligible mechanical and electrical breakdowns after that warranty ends, helping protect you from unexpected repair costs as your hot tub ages.
Do I need to maintain my hot tub to keep coverage?
Yes. Your hot tub must be maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Damage caused by improper maintenance, neglected filters, freezing, corrosion, scale buildup, or unbalanced water chemistry is not covered.
Does it matter where I purchased my hot tub?
No. SureBright Anywhere can be purchased for eligible hot tubs bought from almost any US retailer.
Does this plan cover shell cracks or scratches?
No. Shell cracks, scratches, chips, cabinet damage, and other cosmetic or accidental damage aren't covered under this breakdown protection plan.
How soon should I report a breakdown?
To help avoid delays, covered mechanical or electrical breakdowns should be reported within 30 days of the failure as required by your service agreement.
Will my hot tub be repaired or replaced?
Covered products are typically repaired first. If a covered breakdown cannot be repaired economically, SureBright may replace the product or provide reimbursement. If the same covered failure requires multiple repairs within the specified period, your plan's replacement provisions may also apply.
Does the plan cover electronic control failures?
Yes. Covered failures involving electronic control boards, displays, sensors, and other operating electronics are eligible for service. Physical damage to the control panel itself is not covered.
Can I cancel my plan if I change my mind?
If you decide the coverage is not for you, cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. And if you cancel after that you will be issued a refund on a pro-rated basis
