Yes. Engine, transmission, starter, ignition, charging system, PTO, hydraulic, and other mechanical or electrical component failures are covered after the manufacturer's warranty ends.

No. Consumable parts such as blades, belts, spark plugs, filters, tires, and batteries are not covered.

Covered breakdowns should be reported within 30 days of discovering the failure so your claim can be reviewed promptly.

If your covered product can't be repaired, SureBright may provide you a comparable replacement or reimburse you so you're not left footing an expensive replacement bill yourself.

Absolutely not. Your SureBright Anywhere protection plan isn't tied to where you shop. As long as your lawn equipment is eligible and enrolled within the purchase window, you can buy it from virtually any retailer or brand.

Filing a claim is simple. Start your claim online using your Warranty Vault when you notice a breakdown. After your claim is approved, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process.

You have up to 90 days from the original purchase date to add a SureBright Anywhere breakdown protection plan.

Yes, you can. If you cancel within 30 days of your purchase, you'd be eligible for a full refund and any cancellation after that is refunded on a pro-rated basis.
