My air fryer won't start anymore. What should I do?
If you've confirmed the power outlet is working and the appliance remains completely unresponsive, it may have experienced an internal electrical failure. You can begin your claim online, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Does the plan cover the basket or non-stick coating?
No. Removable baskets, trays, non-stick coatings, and other consumable or cosmetic parts aren't covered under this protection plan.
Can I protect dual-basket and air fryer oven models?
Yes. SureBright Anywhere protects a wide range of eligible air fryers, including basket-style air fryers, dual-zone models, air fryer ovens, and combination units.
What if the same problem keeps happening?
If the same issue continues to occur despite multiple repairs, your protection plan includes provisions for replacement or reimbursement in accordance with the terms of your coverage. This helps ensure you're not left dealing with the same recurring problem over and over again.
Can I cancel my protection plan?
Yes. Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After that, you can cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining term of your coverage.
