Your plan covers eligible mechanical and electrical breakdowns, including failures caused by normal wear and tear and power surges after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

What types of tool storage products are eligible?

Most eligible tool chests, rolling cabinets, tool carts, storage cabinets, organizers, and similar products qualify for coverage.

Are repair costs included?

Yes. Approved claims include parts and labor, and if a repair isn't practical, we'll repair or replace your product at our discretion.

Is normal wear and tear covered?

Absolutely. Unlike many standard warranties, your plan includes covered breakdowns caused by everyday use over time.

Are accidental drops or weather damage covered?

This plan is designed for mechanical and electrical breakdowns. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, flooding, corrosion, or weather exposure isn't covered.

Does the warranty cover power surge damage?

Yes. Covered electrical failures caused by power surges are included, giving your eligible powered storage extra protection.

What happens if the same issue keeps coming back?

If the same covered problem requires three repairs within 12 months, the No Lemon Policy may provide a replacement instead.

Can I use this warranty for commercial equipment?

Coverage is intended for personal use unless Commercial Coverage was purchased with your plan.
