If a covered breakdown cannot be repaired, the plan may provide a comparable replacement or reimbursement up to the monitor’s original purchase price.

Yes. If normal use eventually causes a mechanical or electrical component to fail, that breakdown can be covered. Ordinary aging that does not result in an actual failure is not covered.

If the same problem is repaired three times within a 12-month period, the No Lemon Policy may provide a replacement instead of a fourth repair, subject to the plan terms.

Signal, reception, and interference issues are not protected. The plan addresses mechanical and electrical breakdowns rather than normal signal or reception problems.

You must report a breakdown within 30 days of the failure to request service.

Once you report the failure, the administrator can review the issue and authorize the appropriate service. Depending on the situation, the plan may provide repair, replacement, or reimbursement.

Yes. You can cancel your protection plan at any time. If you cancel within 30 days, you get a full refund. After that, refunds are provided on a prorated basis.
